To do it, or not to do it, that is the current question...

First remember, I am a self admitted 'curtain hoarder,' so please, take that into consideration before you give me your answer ~ lol

Self control?
Is there such a thing?

I am indecisive ~ should I? Why shouldn't I?

Tough decisions in my world right now...
I was such a 'tight wad' on the bathroom remodel 'hunting & gathering' issue that I have a little extra mulla to purchase something really nice for that room~
Well, I'm well within my budget, lets put it that way & I dream about these curtains~!

Of course, I dream about ALOT of curtains ~ it changes moment to moment ~ lol

The indecisiveness is coming from the cost of shipping being almost as much as the curtains. They're in France (why do they have to be clear across the world?)
Ey, yey, yey...
~But, they are still cheaper than some I've bought in the past from JC Penney~

I have NONE like these in my hoard...
Probably because they're all still in France!

What do you think the chances are of me locating some of these "French" curtains at a local yardsale? lol

Oy' vey'... why can't I ever make up my mind? Do you realize it took me 8 months to pick out a bathroom sink ~ lol

Scroll down the page and look at all the pics -
This would solve my problem of needing a blind in that room. I don't want a blind ~ I just want long curtains... I want THESE CURTAINS!

So, should I do it? Should I order them and see if they can swim here from France? I've never ordered anything from France - New Adventure?

Lace is as much about the space between the threads

as it is about the threads themselves...

  1. Oh my gosh, they are gorgeous! Love, love them so you know that my answer is a big fat 'YES'! I am hopping over to check out more. Sometimes a girls just gotta break down and do it. I did it when I spied burlap curtains with smocking at the top at Thanksgiving Point. Even though I had bought fabric to make the curtains for my family room all thoughts went out the window and they came home with me. On sale no less.

Are you serious... There was actually curtains similar to these at a yard sale in your State? Wow~

      If they're cotton/linen ~ I can "tea stain" them. If they're polyester, I'm screwed~!

  4. Hey there would you mind stating which blog platform you're working with? I'm planning to start
my own blog soon but I'm having a tough time selecting between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I'm looking
for something unique. P.S My apologies for being off-topic but I had to ask!
